This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Mahila Court, Thiruvannamalai to take case in S.C.No.83 of 2019 and proceed with the trial and dispose the same within time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court directs the Mahila Court, Thiruvannamalai to dispose the case in S.C.No.83 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
