Today, when this Criminal Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, both the petitioner and the respondent are appeared before this Court along with their respective counsels and filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.6075 of 2022 under Section 147 of NI Act, wherein they praying to compound the offence. 2.

Now, the present Criminal Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 12.11.2021 made in C.M.P.No.2262 of 2021 in S.T.C.No.3202 of 2017 which has been filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act. Therefore, being the reason that the records pertains to the allegation levelled against the petitioner is still available in the trial Court, it would appropriate to direct the petitioner and the respondent to file a petition for compounding the offence only before the court, in which the trial is pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed and consequently, Crl.M.P.No.6075 of 2022 is closed, with liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court.
