ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits of the petitioner with applicable interest.
2. The petitioner had worked as Salesman in the respondent society from the year 1987 and he got retired from service on 30.06.2015. However, the petitioner was settled with for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- as part payment. According to the petitioner, he is entitle for retirement benefits to the tune of Rs.5,23,466/- and the same is pending due. Already, this petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.6367 of 2018 and this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders on merits.

On instructions, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is entitle for Rs.4,78,936/- in which already the petitioner was paid a sum Rs.1,75,000/- since the respondent society is running in loss of Rs.1,37,95,000/-. Therefore, the respondents brought that the balance amount to be paid by six installments each Rs.50,000/- per month.

4. In view of the above said submission, the respondents are directed to pay the balance retirement benefits to the petitioner in three installments, Rs.1,00,000/- per month for three months.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
