ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to provide necessary Police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.01.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the representation made by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.19 of 2023 and it was closed on 26.01.2023 to approach the competent Civil Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court.
