ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for disobeying the order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3780 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.937 of 2017 and file final report within a period of three weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of that order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police have completed the entire investigation in Crime No.937 of 2017 and they are about to file a final report within a period of two weeks. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent is directed to file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, this Contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
