ORDER

This criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.220 of 2019 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Magisterial level at Ambattur and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lokadalat and award has also been passed and accepting the award passed by the Lok Adalat, C.C.No.220 of 2019 was disposed by the Trial Court on 12.03.2022.
