Crl.O.P.No.20240 of 2024 Crl. O.P. No.20240 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition is filed for grant of Anticipatory Bail for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 492/2024.

2. All the above said offences are bailable in nature therefore, grant of Anticipatory Bail will not arise.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
