Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in Connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 13.09.2022 in C3/D.O.No.89/2022 against the petitioner's Husband Babu, male aged 49 years S/o.Chinnapaiyan, who is Confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court.

Excise (IX) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
