This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5319 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5319 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
