ORDER

This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.156 of 2022 on the file of the learned second respondent to any other investigation agency for conducting fair and proper investigation and to file final report.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation the FIR in crime No.156 of 2022 has been closed as "Further action dropped". 3.

It is seen that on receipt of information, the FIR was registered in Crime No.156 of 2022 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. The incident was that one male human body was found in railway track in cut in piece. However, the investigation has been closed as "further action dropped" and no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise.
