3.It is seen from the records that the petitioners had already challenged the rejection order that was passed on 29.08.2020 by filing W.P.Nos.21 of 2021, 157 of 2021 & 29 of 2021. Along with these petitioners, others had also filed writ petitions. Unfortunately, the writ petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed as withdrawn. According to the petitioners, others were granted relief and therefore, the present writ petitions have been filed seeking for the same relief that was given to others.

4.In the considered view of this Court, by virtue of the dismissal of the earlier writ petitions, the rejection order passed against the petitioners remains intact and it is binding on the petitioners. In view of the same, unless and otherwise the petitioners takes steps to restore those three writ petitions and get the rejection orders set aside, fresh writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court.

5.Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in these writ petitions.

6.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
