A.No.4693 of 2022 is filed to set aside the order dated 26.08.2022 thereby dismissing the application viz., A.No.8242 of 2018 due to the death of the applicant Dhanalakshmi.

A.No.5619 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the applicant in A.No.8242 of 2018.

A.No.5620 of 2023 is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased applicant, seeking to implead them as the applicants 2 to 4 in A.No.8242 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, who has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, all the applications are allowed as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the application.
