dated 02.07.2018 and in accordance with staff fixation order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.8963/E4/2018 dated 24.11.2018 for the academic year 2018-2019 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the post of Scavenger from the date of appointment on 02.07.2018 without reference to G.O. Ms. No.238, School Education Department, dated 13.11.2018, based on the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent school dated 02.07.2018 and in accordance with staff fixation order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.8963/E4/2018 dated 24.11.2018 for the academic year 2018-2019 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on recor 2/4

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2023 in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1022 of 2020 dated 07.01.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
