This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records pursuant to the proceedings in Crime No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.23 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, Chennai.
