This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5262 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.215 of 2019 dated 15.04.2019 with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Karaikal on the first working of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 15.04.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.5262 of 2019 in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rsi Crl.A.No.215 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, Karaikal once in six months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
