The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.10 of 2013 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chinna Salem Police Station, Villupuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that due to limitation, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi, closed the case in Crime No.10 of 2013 on 11.04.2014. 3.Since, the case in Crime No.10 of 2013 itself, had already been closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi, under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., on 11.04.2014, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
