2.The applicant claims that they are the purchasers of the property, where the respondent, in Original Application, was having its workshop. Hence, they claim that they are an interested party. 3.Even though a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents in this application, this Court is of the considered view that this application can be allowed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the other parties in the Original Applications, namely O.A.
