Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name for survey No.300/1A1A1A1 at Harichandirapuram, ThiruvalangaduTiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District at earlier after removing the irregularities if anything found so as to protect her rights and peaceful enjoyment of her property.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name for survey No.300/1A1A1A1 at Harichandirapuram, Thiruvalangadu-Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District at earlier after removing the irregularities if anything found so as to protect her rights and peaceful enjoyment of her property.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
