ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to cancel the legal heir certificate issued by the third respondent vide certificate No.TN-7202106212041 dated 24.06.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2023 and conduct proper enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation as against the issuance of legal heirship certificate to the counter party and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
