O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 04.10.2021 in R.C.A. No. 530 of 2014 on the file of the VII Judge Court of Small Causes, Madras (Rent Control Appellate Authority), confirming the fair rent order made in R.C.O.P.No.2481 of 2009 dated 25.07.2014 on the file of the X Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Controller).

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.P.Sidharthan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Prabu, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submit that both the parties have amicably settled the matter out of the Court and they have filed joint memo of compromise signed by both parties on 24.04.2024 in the presence of their counsels. The learned counsels requested to record the terms of compromise and to close the Civil Revision Petition in the interest of justice. 2/4

3. The joint memo of compromise filed by both parties is placed on record. The terms and conditions mentioned in the joint memo of compromise will become part and parcel of this order.
