Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.R.L.SUNDARESAN, SENIOR COUNSEL for MR.P.SIDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There is no need for granting stay of further proceedings pursuant to the order fixing fair rent, in view of the fact that the order fixing fair rent will take effect only after it becomes final and the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition would postpone the finality of the order.

2. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed as un-necessary.
