This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.8(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7150 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner had complied with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7150 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30pm for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is modified.
