This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1139 days in filing appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Special Court (POCSO Act, 2012), Vellore, Vellore District in Spl.S.C.No.85 of 2018 dated 21.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1139 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
