Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioners' food truck "Pita Poc" near Besant Nagar, Chennai Corporation Ward No.176, Chennai 600 090 and "Pepino Foods" near shop No.1, 32nd Cross Street, Thiruvallurvar Nagar, Besand Nagar, Chennai 90 For Petitioners in both WPs : Mr.M.Karpagam For Respondents in both WPs : Mr.A.Damodaran Additional Public Prosecutor Page No.1/4

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for directing the respondent police not to interfere with the running of food truck of the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there was some dispute between the petitioners and the rival parties and a compliant came to be given and the same was enquired in CSR.No.438 of 2023. The petitioners had also attended the enquiry and gave an undertaking that they will not cause any nuisance to anyone. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that based on the said undertaking, CSR is going to be closed and the petitioners are not required for any further enquiry.
