.. Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (Central Act 70 of 1971) to punish the respondent for his disobedience of the order made by this Hon'ble Court dated 22.06.2021 in W.P.No.12973/2021.

ORDER

(1) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.06.2021 in W.P.No.12973/2021.

(2) The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in the Contempt Petition was disposed of with the following direction:

"7.Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein." (3) Pursuant to the direction of this Court, it is stated that the petitioner's representation was considered and the petitioner was offered employment. Since the petitioner was seeking only a suitable job and that the petitioner's representation was considered by passing an order, it is reported that the Contempt Petition may be closed as there is no wilful disobedience of the order.

(4) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute that an order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner. (5) Hence, recording compliance this Contempt Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order stated to have been

passed by the respondent dated 17.02.2022.
