This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in preferring the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 04.03.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2021 on the file of Special Court (POCSO), Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 67 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
