Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To permit the Petitioner to file the appeal to exempt from paying the court fee a sum of Rs.38,873/- and consequently direct the registry to number the Appeal (in CMP.No.19955 of 2021).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from paying the court fee, a sum of Rs.38,873/-. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.This Court is not inclined to exempt the court fee payable by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay the court fee, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
