This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for records relating to the impugned notices dated 09.08.2019 and 29.07.2019 issued by the respondents 2 and 3 respectively, quash the same and forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from entertaining the complaints of civil dispute given by the respondents 4 to 8 against the petitioners, pending suit in O.S.No.7 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif's Court, Tiruttani.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for records relating to the impugned notices dated 09.08.2019 and 29.07.2019 issued by the respondents 2 and 3 respectively, quash the same and forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from entertaining the complaints of civil dispute given by the respondents 4 to 8 against the petitioners, pending suit in O.S.No.7 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif's Court, Tiruttani.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given against the petitioners and taken on file in C.No.255 of 2018 and C.No.348 of 2019 was enquired and closed on 24.08.2019.

3.The learned counsel further submitted that both the District Crime Branch, Thiruvallur as well as the Anti-Land Grabbing Special Wing, Thiruvallur, have directed the parties to agitate their rights in the pending civil proceedings. 4.In view of the specific stand taken by the 2nd and 3rd respondents before this Court and after recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
