This application has been filed for leave to sue the applicants/plaintiffs.

2. In the suit, the plaintiffs have challenged an election conducted by the 20th defendant. The election took place only at Chennai. Excepting for the 3rd defendant, all the other defendants are either residing or having office outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Since the election took place only at Chennai, part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, leave is granted as prayed for.

3. This Court is inclined to grant leave as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
