This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C. No.189/2016 in Crime No.199/2016, on the file of the First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and quash the same.

2. Earlier this case was listed for admission on 18.01.2017 and since there was no representation for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 02.02.2017. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter even for admission and it is still pending for the past three years https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without even for admission. It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed the matter further.

3. Considering the circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to dismiss this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
