Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to consider the representation dated 29.07.2019 of the Petitioner for request to give permission to transport the Silica Sand in and around Tamil Nadu.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submits that the representation dated 29.07.2019 made by the Petitioner has been duly considered and disposed by order O. Mu. No. 238/2019/MINERALS.1 dated 09.09.2019, a copy of the same which has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt.
