This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.49 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 13.01.2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
