This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in crime No. 26 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 32 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2024 and the property was not recovered from this petitioners. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Further, he submitted that investigation is not completed and they are awaiting lab report. Hence, raised strong objection to grant bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for either side and fact that the contraband seized in this case is commercial quantity and the prosecution is also awaiting lab report and previous cases are pending as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
