ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, to dispose of the C.C.No.237 of 2018 as expeditiously and conclusion of the trial within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.237 of 2018 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
