ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the transfer CMP filed by the respondent/wife in Tr.CMP.No.906 of 2022 was allowed on 19.10.2022 and the suit in O.S.No.2 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri was transferred to the Family Court, Cuddalore, for joint trial along with O.S.No.1 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer in this transfer CMP has become infructuous.

2. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
