This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Cr.No.621 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, E1 Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore City, subsequently transferred to City Crime Branch, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore District and quash the same;
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.621 of 2021 against the petitioners/A3 to A5 along with A1 and A2 for the offences under sections
409 and 420 IPC. After investigation of the complaint, the first respondent closed complaint as mistake of fact and final report with regard to the same has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate- III, Coimbatore. He further submitted that RCS notice has also been served on the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant on 20.07.2023.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
