ORDER
This petition is filed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.463 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in Crime No.463 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with 506(i) IPC. But the second respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and hence, he prays for six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.463 of 2015 has been registered as early as on 11.11.2015 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 read with 506(i) IPC. Therefore, the second respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
