ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue orders to approve the appointment of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant (Maths) in the fourth respondent School, with effect from 11.06.2019 in the vacancy arising out of one P.J.Irudayaraj as P.G.Assistant on 03.06.2019. Thereafter, the proposal for approval of her appointment as B.T.Assistant (Maths) with effect from 11.06.2019 was sent on 17.12.2019. The Staff fixation for the fourth respondent School for academic year 2018-2019 to 2022-2023 revealed the eligibility for the said post from the records issued by the authorities. Therefore, once again the fourth respondent had sent proposal for approval of
the petitioner's appointment. However, it is still pending.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the fourth respondent for approval of the petitioner's appointment in the post of B.T.Assistant (Maths) and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
