This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.3 imposed on the petitioner passed in Crl.M.P.No.11671 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10748 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly;

that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail, and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English Calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
