This petition has been filed to direct the respondent/police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2015 from All Women Police Station, Dharapuram to All Women Police Station, Gudalur.

in Crime No.17 of 2015 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.113 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.
