ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to transfer the electricity service connection in favour of the 2nd respective or to any third party pending disposal of the suit in O.S.No.246 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Poonamallee. 2.Heard Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3.The learned Standing Counsel produced the written instructions received from the 1st respondent which shows that as on date the 1st

3/5 respondent has not received any application seeking for transfer of electricity service connection.

4.In view of the above, the grievance expressed by the petitioner has been sufficiently answered. If any application is received by the 1st respondent seeking for transfer of electricity connection, the objections made by the petitioner shall be taken into consideration before taking a decision. 5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
