Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records connected with the demand notice issued by the respondent in A.Thi.Mu No.A1/29502/2024 dated 29.05.2024 and to quash the same and consequently, to restrain the respondent from demanding authorization tax for each vehicle Rs.66,000/- + 4,400 respectively for the period from 30.07.2020 to 13.10.2023 accepting surrender of permit and issue clearance certificate in respect of the said Vehicles.
