This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1676 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1,710/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.2407 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 1676 days in paying the deficit court fees is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
