Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no.2 to conduct and complete the enquiry within the time specified by this Court on petitioners complaint dated 27.09.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2022.

O R D E R
The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry on petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2021 by considering his representation dated 07.09.2022, within the time specified by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that in the year 1992, Tamil Nadu Housing Board has allocated 640 sq.ft of vacant land comprising in S.No.61 having Plot Number:3043 to him. After he has paid the installment dues, 2/6
during the year 2005, Tamil Nadu Housing Board has executed a sale deed in his favour vide Document No.2057 of 2005 dated 15.04.2005. While so, in the year 2019, when he visited his aforesaid vacant land, he found that a building has been raised in his vacant land. On enquiry, he came to know that one Ms.Navaneetham possess General Power from one Ramakrishnan/fourth respondent and executed a sale deed in favour of one Magesh who is currently residing in the said vacant land. When the petitioner approached the Sub Registrar Officer to obtain the copies of the sale deed, he found that the said Ramakrishnan/fourth respondent has impersonated his name and executed a Power in favour of said Navaneetham vide Document No.1987 of 2018 dated 31.03.2018 and then the said Navaneetham executed a sale deed in favour of said Magesh vide Document No.
8227 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018. So, the aggrieved petitioner has lodged a compliant against the fourth respondent before the Central Crime Branch, Chennai and the Police has registered a case against the fourth respondent in Crime No.33 of 2020 under Section 419, 465, 467, 466, 34 and 109 of I.P.C on 28.01.2020. Thereafter, on 27.09.2021, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondents 1 & 2, pursuant to which, the second respondent vide Letter No.9340/Ý5/2021 dated 06.10.
intimated the petitioner that in regard to his complaint dated 27.09.2021, the records have been called for from the Sub-Registrar, Thiruvottriyur. After the issuance of this intimation letter, no steps have been taken by the respondents in this regard. Therefore, the petitioner approached the respondents 1 & 2 in person and gave a representation to them, however, his efforts were went in vain. Finally, he sent a representation dated 07.09.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3, but, there was no response for the same. Hence, left with no other alternative, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court, for the relief stated supra.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 4/6
07.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
