Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner representations dated 02.09.2023, 03.11.2023, 04.12.2023 and 11.01.2024, consequently to remove the encroachment of Easwaran pool situated at Kanji Village, Survey Number 11/5 to the extent of 0.33.5 Ares with in the time bound manner fixed by this Court and further, to direct the 5th and 10th respondents together protecting the waterbodies from any future encroachments.
