Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11622 of 2021 by order of this Hon'ble Court on 07.07.2021 orderning the petitioners to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAMAMOORTHY, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11622 of 2021 on 07.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
