Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to immediately sanction the teaching staff to the petitioner's Institution for Standard I to V, so as to ensure proper academic functioning of the School is guaranteed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that seeking grant for additional Teachers, the petitioner has sent representation on 02.04.2025 and such representation is pending before the respondents.
4.At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's 2/4
representation within a reasonable time.
5.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
