2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR has been registered as against the petitioner and there is no petition or enquiry pending as against the petitioner herein.

3.In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any order in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
