Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed against the petitioner/Accused-2 in Crl.M.P.No.9046 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.390 of 2018 order dated 31.07.2018 directing him to appear on the first Friday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders before the learned XI Additional special Judge for CBI Cases relating to Bank and financial Institutions at Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9046 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.390 of 2018 on 31.07.2018.
2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly for the past one year.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
relating to Banks and Financial Institutions at Chennai once in three months on the first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
