Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to issue a direction, directing the respondent to reinvestigate in Crime No.137 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and make appropriate correction in the FIR No.137 of 2019.

O R D E R

The prayer in the present Writ Petition seeking for re-investigation based on the complaint one Malligaisundaram which culminated into registering the First Information Report in Crime No.137 of 2019 cannot be maintained.

2. Since the investigation is yet to be completed, the question of re-investigation will arise only when the final report is filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is also given a complaint on 15.04.2019 in connection with the same occurrence.

4. The respondent shall endeavour to complete the investigation in Crime No.137 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While taking the final decision in the matter, the respondent herein shall also take note of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
